This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and corrections are handled for Q8PrintShop orders.
Customized products
Because customized and personalized products are made for your order, they are generally not refundable after production starts unless the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or printed incorrectly because of an error by Q8PrintShop.
Please review your design, product model, spelling, uploaded image, quantity, and delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Image and design quality
Customer-uploaded low-quality images may affect the final print quality. Blurry, dark, pixelated, or low-resolution files may print with the same limitations.
The online design preview and mockup are provided as a screen preview to help you visualize the final product. Actual printed colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen because screens, brightness settings, materials, product surfaces, and printing methods are not identical. We aim for a close color match, approximately around 90%, but a small variation in color between the screen preview, the printed item, and different product materials may occur.
When an issue is our fault
If the issue is caused by Q8PrintShop, we may offer a replacement, correction, refund, or store credit depending on the case and product condition.
Reporting a problem
Please report damaged, wrong, or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
The product must be unused, and we may request additional evidence before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-refundable situations
- Customer mistakes such as wrong model, wrong text, wrong uploaded image, wrong quantity, or wrong address after production starts.
- A change of mind after production starts.
- Print quality limitations caused by low-quality uploaded files.
Refund method and delivery fees
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Q8PrintShop.
