Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid any activity that may harm the website, other customers, or our services.

Account responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Product customization and design approval

You are responsible for reviewing your product, model, design, image placement, text, spelling, quantity, and delivery details before placing an order.

Screen previews and mockups help you review the design, but the final printed product may vary slightly because of material, printing, cutting, lighting, and screen differences.

Customer uploaded content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any image, design, logo, text, name, trademark, or other content you upload or request us to print.

You must not upload illegal, offensive, harmful, copyrighted, trademarked, privacy-infringing, or unauthorized content. Q8PrintShop may reject or cancel designs that appear unsuitable or unlawful.

Product colors and previews

Colors shown on screens may differ from final printed colors. Product images and design previews are provided as visual guides.

Pricing and currency

Prices may be shown in your selected display currency. Some payments, including Bede payments, may be processed in Kuwaiti Dinar. Checkout shows the conversion or billed KWD amount where applicable.

Payment

Payments are processed through the payment providers shown at checkout. Failed, cancelled, declined, rejected, or not captured transactions are not confirmed orders until payment is successfully completed or otherwise accepted by us.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted after payment confirmation and order review. We may contact you if additional information is needed or if a design cannot be produced as submitted.

Delivery

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may change because of production, address, or delivery conditions.

Returns and refunds

Customized products are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, customized items are not refundable after production starts unless the issue is caused by Q8PrintShop.

Intellectual property

Q8PrintShop website content, branding, layout, images, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You retain rights to your uploaded content, but you grant Q8PrintShop permission to use it as needed to preview, produce, deliver, support, and reorder your customized products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q8PrintShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for issues caused by inaccurate customer information, low-quality files, unauthorized content, or events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Kuwait where appropriate.
