How do I customize a product?
Choose a product, open the customizer, upload your image or design, add text if needed, preview your item, then add it to cart.
Can I upload my own image or design?
Yes. You can upload your own image or artwork for supported products. For best results, use a clear, high-resolution file.
Can I add text?
Yes. You can add text, adjust its color, size, position, and rotation, and place it with your design before ordering.
Can I edit my design after adding it to cart?
Yes. If the edit option is available in your cart, you can reopen the design, make changes, and save it before checkout.
Can I reorder a previous design?
If your order or saved design is available in your account, you can reorder or contact us for help preparing the same design again.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods may include KNET, cards, Apple Pay, American Express, and other options shown at checkout through Bede or Bookeey.
Why are Bede payments charged in KWD?
Bede payment processing is completed in Kuwaiti Dinar. If you browse in another currency, checkout shows the KWD amount you will be billed.
What currency will my card be charged in?
Your checkout page shows the display currency and the final billed KWD amount when payment is processed in Kuwaiti Dinar.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on the product, customization work, address, and order volume. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates.
Do you deliver across Kuwait?
Yes, we deliver across Kuwait to supported areas. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production starts for a customized item, cancellation or changes may not be possible unless the issue is caused by us.
What if my design or image quality is low?
Low-quality images may print with blur or pixelation. Please review the preview carefully and upload the clearest file available.
Will the printed color look exactly like my screen?
The online design preview and mockup help you visualize the final product. Actual printed colors may differ slightly because screens, brightness settings, materials, product surfaces, and printing methods are not identical. We aim for a close color match, approximately around 90%, while keeping the result professional.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is our fault, we will help with a suitable solution.
